A photograph of the VJ (Victory over Japan) parade in downtown Lorain, Ohio celebrating the end of World War II. The unit processing in this view of the parade is the American Legion Auxiliary float. Four American flags flank the front and back halves of the float. In the center is a white paper-mache wheel with the American Legion Auxiliary emblem in the center of the wheel.
