A photograph of a two-story home located on the southeast corner of Franklin Street (now Fifth Street) and Washington Avenue, Lorain, Ohio.

The photograph appears to have been taken on or about the same date as the photograph of Fifth Street containing Grant's Ice Cream Factory. Photographer not credited, but may have been well-known early Lorain photographer Willis Leiter.
