The first location of the Young Men's Christian Association (YMCA) is visible on the right of the postcard, as is a business sign reading "Old Times". The caption on the postcard reads "Broadway, North from Franklin St., Lorain, O."

On the back of the postcard, the postcard bears a postmark of Lorain, Ohio, July 26, 9:30 AM, 1910. The card is addressed to Miss Ruth J. Snead, 93 Eureka Ave, Wyandotte, Michigan. The publisher of the postcard is not known.
