"The Lorain Times-Herald" is the second line of the masthead. In parentheses just below the newspaper name is "(Daily Issue Only)".

The third line is "Successor To The Lorain Daily Times Established 1870" (and) "The Evening Herald Established 1892".

The fourth line is "F.A. Rowley, Editor and Proprietor".

The last line is the building address: "Herald Building, 614 Broadway. Population: Lorain, 30,000 Lorain County 62,000. Lorain, O,. 190, ".

"Rowley Collection" is handwritten on the manila half-folder.
