Library Levy Victory Party

Library levy volunteers and staff who were at the Victory Party are all smiles after hearing the results of the three levy campaigns in Avon, Lorain, and Sheffield Lake. The library levies all passed by significant margins. The Victory Party was held at Lorain Palace Theater.
