Colorized picture postcard of the original Main branch building for the Lorain Public Library. The original building was funded by city leaders and philanthropist Andrew Carnegie. The postcard view is from the corner of Streator Place and 10th Street. The postcard was addressed to Katherine Hageman of Lorain, who later donated her extensive research library to LPLS.
