Two employees of the Lorain Street Railway can be seen flanking the streetcar: the conductor/driver on the left, a maintenance employee on the right.
Hanging from the station storefront is a sign for a veterinary surgeon (Dr. G.W. Oden). On the right of the photo is Bert Conn's harness shop. Visible on the back right of the photo is Wickens Funeral Chapel.
The photographer is unknown. The date of the photograph is likely from the 1890s.
