An aerial photograph of the Black River at the High-Level Bridge overpass. The rear of the Broadway Building can be seen, along with other buildings on the east side of Broadway and North Broadway avenues. Two boats are moored on the west side of the river.
The date of the photograph is unclear, but is possibly from the 1930s. The photographer is unknown.
